Crossans Shopfronts - Design Process

Work gets underway on the shop front. Our tradesmen then remove the old shop front and get to work on the new one.

The new shop front may include R.S.J's, windows, frames, doors, granite, sign, pillars, corbels, glazing, lights, lettering, painting, stain glass, logo etc etc The shop front is then primed, filled, undercoated, and gloss paint finish by our expert painters. All debree etc is removed and all windows, brass etc cleaned.

Glazing
All laminated safety glazing in the shop front is to a very high standard and conforms with the new Building Regulations. A calculation is carried out to ascertain the glass thickness that is required - 6.4, 8.8, 10.6 or 11.4 which are normally the thickness that is commonly used. Stain lead lights / Obscure and double glazed units can also be supplied and fitted.
